Course summary

Entry requirement for international students
Applicants must have completed secondary studies in their home country equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification. At least 18 years old and above. English language proficiency level of IELTS 5.5 or higher. Mature age students with relevant experience may also apply. Applicants must have Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
