The University experience was very enriching. I had a distinguished class with me, with people from all different backgrounds and places. The most important advice i would like to give is to apply early and reserve a seat as it is very competitive.
The selection process is quite simple and people can apply either online or through agents present in their country. In India this work is assisted by IDP and Planet Education. People from India can take their help for the application and visa process. The admission into the program is quite competitive though.
The funding and scholarship opportunities are quite difficult to obtain as there are limited scholarships and many who apply, so this is either determined on first come first served basis or merit. I'm not sure which is it, but you can contact the university and find out regarding this.
The course is very tough and has a lot of things for us to do throughout the program and with very less time. This program really tests our time management skills. The professors are very skilled and knowledgeable. They help you whenever you need any assistance. The classroom discussions are very interesting and current case oriented.
The college facilities are really good. The library is state of the art. The place is wonderful being next to the Gold Coast - one of the famous beaches in Australia. This university has a beautiful campus and living here has been great. The people are very friendly and helpful and this was one of the best decisions of my life.
The job prospects are very good for this course. Im not sure though, whether with the currrent financial scenario how good the job placements would be. But i'm presently in India and working in a very good organisation using the skills I learnt from the progrma in my day to day projects.
Located in Queensland.
