ratingOverall experience

Linguistics is a major area in this Uni, I applied to study at this University. I was recommended by my teachers in high school of this University, so after I finished my degree in Queensland, I came to Melbourne to fulfill my studies.

ratingSelection process and gaining admission

With regards to selection process, I had difficulties at all when I had to do the work. I found the selection process fairly easy for me.

ratingFunding and scholarships

I did not have scholarship. I had to pay the tuition for myself. But the course is really worth the efforts. We are all very happy with the content of courses, the assessment, and the teaching environment.

La Trobe has some of the best lecturers in the field and thus it provides a lot of input to the Linguistics program that I joined in. I have found a great deal of help available to students. I really enjoyed my time there.

My life experience has been a wonderful phase of my life. I managed to make a lot of friends from many other disciplines too, and we still keep contact with those students.
