I feel it is a good university and a good life balance studying in this University. My most important advice would be to study hard and come to lectures and then do all the works required.
I was applying through an agent in vietnam and everything was quite easy. After I received information about what to expect from different University's courses and and gave my preferences,I gave all the documents they need for me to enroll and they gave me confirmation within one month. I think other student should use the agent in their country, even if it cost money.
I have no intention to get a scholarship at this stage.
I studied for 10-15 hour every week, my course is about commerce, business and accounting. The lecturers and tutors are different for each courses, some are good and other not too good.
I think the environment in the University is good because it is quiet in Burwood and the facilities are very suportive for student. Locals and fellow students are alright. It is not easy to find prt time work here, because of my time and transport constraint. I have join some clubs such as multi cultural student clubs MSF and vietnam student club. They are good and supportive for people who have just come and settling to study.
Not yet, and I am not sure with this economical condition if it is going to be ok in the future
